INSIDE THE FACTORY

From chassis inspection to the completed vehicle.

Cutting, bending, welding, body assembly and spray painting support specialist vehicle production. Vehicle inspection covers appearance and working functions, with raw-material traceability supporting production control.

The ordered chassis, working body and fitted equipment are assessed together. The technical proposal defines the configuration, inspection scope and handover documents for your project.

QUALITY AND QUALIFICATIONS

Group systems, with documents matched to the order.

Group management credentials include ISO 9001 quality management, ISO 14001 environmental management, ISO 45001 occupational health and safety, and after-sales service and energy management systems. The group's manufacturing credentials also include CCC, ASME and EU ADR.

These credentials apply to their respective certified scopes. The selected vehicle and order determine which certificates, inspections and destination documents are applicable; no blanket approval for every model or country is implied.

EXPORT AND DELIVERY

From the production plan to your destination.

FOB, CIF, CFR and EXW arrangements can be discussed for the order. The delivery programme depends on the selected chassis, body, equipment, quantity and agreed shipping scope. Include the destination and required timing with your enquiry.

The export order included 15 m³ single-rear-axle and 20 m³ rear-twin-axle Shacman water tank trucks.

Dongfeng 6×6 vehicles for United Nations use

A first batch of four all-wheel-drive special vehicles included water tankers, fuel tankers and sewage suction trucks.
